The first contact:
The reception offered must demonstrate that we, above all, are centered on the human being. This is a privileged moment that permits the person to define and specify her/his own needs.
Information as complete as possible concerning the available rights and recourses must then be made clear to the person who wishes to know them.
Individual Aid Consists of supporting a person towards the necessary steps she/he must take to have her/his rights respected and have access to existing resources. The support of an individual This type of intervention goes a bit further than individual aid. Our promotion and defense of rights group supports a person in certain parts of their process, particularly when they have to meet face to face with a third party during the exercise of their rights. It is essential then that this meeting goes on respecting the rhythm and particular context in which this person is living.
