There exists a regional group of promotion and defense of rights in each (or almost) of the administrative regions of Quebec, 15 out of 17 regions.
The autonomy of each of these groups is very important in order to adequately assume their own missions.
All of these groups must maintain a necessary distance with the providers and planers of services who can sometimes be held responsible when it comes to the defense of rights of a person under their responsibility.
