Evaluation of Services and Promotion
In order to better evaluate the services provided by Mental HealthRights and Alternative Resources-GIM, a survey was completed by 75 people. The results showed a very high level of satisfaction of the users. Furthermore, here are some general comments:
- “the staff are very devoted, and really want to help people”
- “the service is rapid and very efficient”
- “good knowledge of rights, professional”
- “no judgment, capacity to adapt to the same level as the person”
- “she gave me self-confidence and confidence in my means”
- “give us more power in vulnerable periods”
- “the intervention of Rights and Alternative Resources has shown many results”
- “I consider myself more and better informed”
